Gund Arena, located at 1 Center Court, Cleveland OH 44115-4001, was built in 1994 and is the home of the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association as well as the Cleveland Rockers of the WNBA and the Cleveland Lumberjacks of the International Hockey League. The stadium cost $152 million to build and owner Gordon Gund paid $14 million to finance the stadium and earn the naming rights over the 20-year period. The arena was also financed through tax-exempt bonds from the county as well as liquor and cigarette taxes. There is parking available for 3,300 cars and the stadium is located near Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. There are also six players who have been honored by the team through the retirement of their numbers, including Mark Price (#25), Brad Daugherty (#43), and Larry Nance (#22).
