Staples, Inc. is also paying $100 million over a 20 year period for the naming rights on the building. The Staples Center is located within 15 miles of the nearest airport and there are all kinds of wonderful stores and centers around the Staples Center so that everyone has something to keep them entertained. There are malls, shopping centers, restaurants, and all types of places to visit in the city. Inside the building, there are 160 luxury suites, 32 party suites, and 2,500 club level seats available although the majority of the seats for Lakers games are sold out to celebrity season ticket buyers like Jack Nicholson and Denzel Washington.
